Year 4 have settled in extremely well this term and are working very hard across all subjects. They have enjoyed learning about the Iron Man’s Challenge against the angel-space-bat-dragon, and have contributed towards a huge list of similes and metaphors to develop and enhance their independent writing. The children have made Ancient Greek silhouettes and are looking forward to designing and making their very own clay pots. Year 4 have also taken part in a series of democratic elections where they had to vote for new House Captains and School Council Representatives. The children are taking their roles and responsibilities very seriously and this is helping them to develop their understanding of the world and the role they play as members of the School and wider community. What a great start to the New Academic Year. Keep up the great work, Year 4!
