Making Perfume

Reception made perfume using herbs from our sensory garden. They had a huge collection of lemon balm, rosemary, lavender, sage, mint, fennel and eucalyptus. The children used pestle and mortars, pipettes, tweezers and test tubes. They wore safety equipment; goggles and shirts to really look the part!​ The smell in the classroom was divine. We have some budding perfumers amongst us!
