Drop Everything and Read (DEAR)

This Wednesday we began our sessions of ‘DEAR’ time.  Thank you to all the parents who made the effort to prioritise reading in their busy schedule.  We are encouraging all parents and carers to stay and share a story with their child in the classroom from 8.45am to 9.15am each Wednesday morning, I do hope to see many of you taking advantage of this wonderful opportunity.  Reading is a life-long skill that we wish to harness and hope DEAR time will help to instil a love of reading in all our children – and parents too!
