The Nursery children, morning, afternoon and full time, will be going to Beckenham Place Park on Friday 19th July for our annual Teddy Bears’ Picnic. We will be joined by Reception
Class.
This is a special family event, so we would expect an adult to attend with each child.
We will be leaving the Nursery at about 9.30am and walking to the park. Your child will need to bring a packed lunch and water to drink. Depending on the weather, your child should wear comfortable clothing — shorts, t-shirt, sunhat and comfortable shoes or sensible sandals, with straps. The children will be using the play equipment in the park; there is also a sandpit. Party dresses are not suitable. Please apply sun cream before leaving and bring plenty of water to drink. Your child may also bring their teddy bear of course!
You should bring a picnic lunch for your child and yourself and something to sit on.
Mrs Young and Mrs Caballero will be leaving the park at about 1.30pm. You can either remain in the park or you may prefer to take your child home.
